Francesca Fortunato is a movement instructor who offers classes in dance & Tai Chi. Tai Chi Chuan, is a Chinese martial art characterized by slow, flowing movements. It combines physical exercise, mindfulness, and controlled breathing to promote both physical and mental well-being. It's often described as a "moving meditation".
