Michelle Miller is a Holistic Leadership & Transformation Coach for visionary, heart-led changemakers. With two decades of experience leading teams—and a deep foundation in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational intelligence—Michelle helps mission-driven leaders build impactful businesses rooted in clarity, authenticity, and nervous system resilience.
Her approach blends operational excellence with inner transformation, guiding clients to become the leaders they were always meant to be: strategic, attuned, embodied, and aligned with their values. Whether restructuring teams, refining vision, or deepening emotional intelligence, Michelle meets leaders at the intersection of heart and structure—so they can lead with integrity and thrive with ease.
At the core of Michelle’s work is a passion for how we relate—to others and to ourselves. She believes that the way we show up for ourselves is the foundation of all healthy, meaningful relationships. And when our nervous system feels supported, we’re able to meet life with more presence, openness, and authenticity. But in a world that often pulls us in a hundred directions, staying grounded isn’t always easy.
We are proud to welcome Michelle back for October for the workshop "Conscious Communication: The Art of Connecting, Listening & Being Understood": Do you ever feel like you’re not truly heard, or struggle to express yourself in a way that others understand? In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore practical tools for healthier communication and practice them together in real time. Through guided prompts and relational exercises, you’ll learn how to express your feelings more clearly, listen with greater presence, and create conversations that foster understanding and connection. At the heart of it, we all long for more meaningful relationships—this workshop will give you the skills and practice to communicate in ways that build trust, clarity, and deeper connection with those around you.
Dear neighbors & friends,
Thank you so much for joining us for Conscious Communication on Sunday. To see the way all of you not only showed up for the conversation, but listened deeply and stayed open to new ideas, truly filled my heart.
These are simple but powerful practices, and every conversation is another chance to grow them. My hope is that what we explored together supports you in everyday moments— bringing more understanding and connection to your relationships.
And as you use these tools, may that understanding begin to ripple out to world around you - making your practice
The kind of change I dream of - one conversation at a time, building a culture of kindness, curiosity, and respect - Creating a bigger impact than you ever thought possible.
And when we all show up in this way, who knows what can happen.
So, thank you again for the curiosity and presence you brought to the space. I’m so grateful to you all.
With heart,
Michelle
