• A member of our group will send you a personal email if you asked to be contacted by email.
• A member of our group may contact you via text or a phone call, if you requested an invitation or an update on the next gathering via text or by phone.
• A member of our group may contact you through facebook or instagram if you asked to be contacted this way. 
• A member of our group may send you information on an upcoming event via email. Events include monthly gatherings, events hosted by our members, our November mixer & our annual Women's Holiday Party.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We hope that we can delete your contact information and will be able to stop collecting personal contact information, we would like this website to be easy to find. We hope that all women planning to attend a gathering can easily find the information they need on this website or on one of our social media accounts linked to this website. We prefer absolute transparency and our intentions are to simply gather together women who live in our section of NYC so that they may get to know one another. • A member of our group may have access to your contact information if you asked to be contacted.
• This is the information gathered from our EMAIL UPDATES form on the home page: Your entry in the Name, Email, and Street Name & Number fields. Device (i.e. desktop or mobile phone), our website will detect the type of computer or phone that you used to enter your information. Language, which is defaulted to en-GB. Finally, the form on the home page will show that the information was submitted from "Homepage".

Transfer or Disclosure of Your Personal Data

When you are on this website, if your personal data is picked up by GoDaddy, we will not share it with any other party for any reason. We take women's safety seriously. While attending our events, we do not require more information than your first name. We only want to be sure to address you properly and respectfully if you join us at a gathering.
